Polite children secure discounts at an Italian restaurant

Antonio Ferrari, the owner of a wine bar in the city of Padua, rewarded a group of customers with a 5% off because of their well-mannered children. He decides to maintain this discount with other families as well.

Ferrari told the Guardian he estimated about 30% of parents did not know how to handle their children at lunchtime, and that too often children run around the restaurant and bother other customers, forcing his waiting staff to swerve to avoid them.
